  2. Agriculture: The agricultural sector is a significant contributor to climate change due to practices like methane from livestock, for agricultural spread. These activities release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
  3. Industrial Processes: Certain industrial processes, like cement production, release greenhouse gases, which have a much higher warming potential. The production of goods, including manufacturing and industrial processes, gives rise to emissions, primarily through the combustion of fossil fuels for the generation of energy used in the creation of products such as cement, iron, steel, electronics, plastics, textiles, and various other goods. Additionally, activities related to mining and various industrial processes release greenhouse gases, and the construction sector is no exception.

    The machinery employed in manufacturing frequently relies on oil, or gas as its energy source, and certain materials, such as plastics, are derived from chemicals obtained from fossil fuels. As a result, the manufacturing industry stands as one of the foremost contributors to global greenhouse gas emissions.

Inadequate waste management, spanning from the absence of collection infrastructure to inefficient disposal methods, results in the pollution of the air, water, and soil.
